The experience of being born and raised in the Bronx, as the child of Cuban immigrants, shaped Carlos’ unwavering commitment to empowering others. He understands the personal journey of overcoming fear and pushing past perceived limits. His motto, “When you tell me that I can’t do something, I will work twice as hard to achieve it,” reveals a deep-seated drive. This drive, coupled with a curious mind and a willingness to take calculated risks, has allowed him to build strong partnerships with and provide strategic guidance to global leaders.

For 23 years, Carlos has channeled his passion for development into a distinguished talent acquisition career.
