Thank you for visiting GenXpertise.
Marianne Talbot, the founder of GenXpertise and our Chief Community Architect, is a lawyer, entrepreneur, business development expert, executive coach, writer, speaker, diversity strategist, and former law professor.
The concept for GenXpertise originated around her dining room table in Manhattan several years ago, during a period where Marianne hosted luncheons for friends who were transitioning into new careers, or who had suffered unexpected job losses. During these meals they would discuss career goals, job hunting skills, stress management, finances, and family, and it became clear to Marianne that GenXers - with our unique backgrounds, career experiences, and cultural touchpoints - could benefit from programs curated just for us.
Marianne founded GenXpertise to be of service to all GenXers. She has coached, trained, and taught hundreds of professionals throughout her career, and the GenXpertise platform continues this passion by being explicitly designed to provide us with the resources we need to stay successful - all right at our fingertips.
Marianne is also creating this platform to enable GenXers to help other GenXers through the myriad of programs we will be offering. GenXpertise is about showcasing GenXers and creating opportunity for all of us, so we can help each other.
